Terms of supply

An order placed through this site is an offer to purchase. It is accepted when we release it for despatch, not when it is submitted and not when payment is authorised. We may decline any order, in whole or in part, without giving a reason.

Prices are in United States dollars and exclude any duty or import charge at the destination. We may correct a pricing or specification error at any point before release.

Material is supplied to the specification published on the relevant catalog page. Purity is determined by RP-HPLC at 214 nm and reported as the main peak percentage of total area. Identity is confirmed by ESI-MS against the theoretical mass. Each batch is screened for endotoxin.

The certificate supplied with an order relates to the specific lot despatched. Nominal vial content is a specification and not a warranty of the exact mass in an individual vial. Where a study requires that mass to be known precisely, weigh the contents on receipt.

We warrant that material conforms to its published specification at the point of despatch. We give no other warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

We accept no liability for any use of the material outside in vitro laboratory research, and specifically no liability arising from administration to a human or an animal. Such use is a breach of these terms and of the research use policy.

Risk passes on delivery to the address on the order. Title passes on receipt of payment in full.

Storage after delivery is the customer's responsibility. Material stored outside the published conditions is outside specification and outside warranty.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Harlow Sciences is a brand of Health Hours Co.
