Bulk and institutional supply
Volume is quoted rather than carted. Specification, lead time, lot reservation and documentation are agreed before anything ships.
Supply bands
- 5 to 20 Repeat laboratory supply
- Standing allocation on a recurring schedule, with the option to hold a single lot across a study period.
- 20 to 50 Contract quantity
- Reserved production against an agreed specification, with lead time fixed in the quote.
- 50 to 100 Named account
- A single point of contact, locked pricing for the contract period and advance lot certificates.
- 100 plus Programme supply

What a quote covers
- Specification and analytical release criteria per compound
- Lead time, and whether a single lot can be held for you
- Documentation your purchasing or ethics review will need
- Payment terms, once a first order has been completed
Restricted compounds are not quoted on an unreviewed account. If a request includes one, the remaining lines are quoted first and the restricted line follows institutional review.
