Who we supply
An age checkbox is not a purchase control. These are the actual conditions under which material leaves our facility.
We supply
- Academic and hospital research laboratories
- Contract research organisations
- Commercial R&D and analytical laboratories
- Independent researchers with a stated institutional affiliation
We do not supply
- Individuals purchasing for personal use
- Clinics, med spas or wellness practices administering to patients
- Compounding or dispensing pharmacies
- Resellers intending onward sale for human use
Purchase controls
- Account review before first release
- A new account is reviewed before anything ships. We record the institution or entity, the stated research affiliation, and a shipping address that matches the account.
- Per line quantity limits
- Catalog orders are capped per line. A laboratory consuming more than that is buying on a supply agreement, so larger volumes move to a quote where the application is stated in writing.
- Manual review on anomalous orders
- Orders that do not resemble laboratory consumption are held and reviewed by a person. That includes repeat high volume orders on a new account and mismatched billing and delivery details.
- Institutional review for restricted compounds
- Some catalog items are released only against documented institutional review. Those items cannot be checked out on an unreviewed account, regardless of order value.
If a review finds that material is intended for administration to a person or an animal, the order is cancelled and refunded, and the account is closed.
